West Jones, Director
West is responsible for all operations of the information technology (IT) department, including the Helpdesk, database development, training and education programs, LAN/WAN design, and supporting and managing IT staff. He is a 1989 nuclear engineering graduate of North Carolina State University and has been working in the IT field since 1995. West holds professional certifications from such companies as Microsoft, Novell and Cisco. Prior to working at YCR, he was IT operations supervisor and end user computing supervisor for the United States Marine Corp Recruit Depot at Parris Island.
