To best anticipate and meet client needs, as well as improve the quality of all services, Young Clement Rivers uses a total quality management (TQM) approach and has emerged as a leader in the quality management field. The firm was recognized by the Trident Area Community of Excellence, a quality management organization of which the firm is a member, as the only law firm in the state of South Carolina to receive a Trident Area Organization Quality Award. Young Clement Rivers is also an active member of the South Carolina Quality Forum.
